Cuttack, April 3: Police have made a road diversion from Mangalabag Chhak to Kathagola Chhak to facilitate the construction of sewer shaft on this stretch.
The diversion will come into effect from tonight and will continue for 21 days, a public notice issued by the police said.
All four and three-wheelers coming from the Mastan Dargha side and intending to go towards SCB Medical College and Hospital would come to Howrah Motors Chhak and take left towards Matamatha Square.
Then they have to take a right and go till Bose Engineering Gada and take a right again and proceed towards the hospital.
There is no restriction on two-wheelers and these vehicles can use the usual road.
All four and three-wheelers coming from the Bania Sahi and Machhuabazar side and heading towards SCB hospital would come up to Mochi Sahi Chhak via Mangalabag Chhak, Ranihat Chhak and take a left to the hospital.
All four and three wheelers coming from Dolamundai side and heading towards SCB hospital would come till Ranihat Chhak and take a right towards Mochi Sahi Chhak and then take a left turn to reach the hospital.
All vehicles coming from the rear gate of SCB hospital would be diverted at Tajeswar Rao Chhak towards Ranihat Bridge via Ranihat Canal Road.
Two-wheelers coming from the Ranihat Bridge Crossing side would be permitted to proceed towards Tajeswar Rao Chhak via Ranihat Canal Road. All other vehicles would be diverted towards Ranihat Mochi Sahi Chhak.
