Bhubaneswar: A 12-bed intensive care unit would be made operational in the Puri district headquarters hospital before the rath yatra in July, said health minister Damodar Rout while reviewing preparations in health and sanitation for the annual festival. Annual grants will be provided to government and aided schools up to Rs 5,000 per primary school and Rs 7,000 per upper primary schools.
