Bhubaneswar, July 4: Chitra Athwani, who was summoned by the city police in connection with the stay of P.K Iyer, vice-chairman of a media organisation at a star hotel in the city, has reportedly expressed her inability to appear before the police citing health reasons. Nayapalli police received a letter from Athwani, claiming that she is undergoing treatment in a Ranchi- based hospital for a spinal cord injury. Iyer was arrested from Bhubaneswar by the CBI in connection with a loan fraud to the tune of Rs 350 crore on June 6.
