“Anyone can be a father, but it takes someone really special to be a dad.”

My dad for me is the embodiment of selfless love and tender care. Since the day I set my foot in this world, he has always been around, through my highs and lows. He’s always been the person I can turn to whenever I need some advice or whenever I need to share something.

Apart from being entirely giving person, I’ve never seen my dad resort to unfair means to complete a task. His knack for hard work, his blunt truthfulness and his sincerity makes me bow down before him. Someone who doesn’t know my dad properly would probably say he is just another common man wearing white kurta-pyjamas. And that is because he never brags about who he really is, even though he is an IITian and is a gold medallist. My dad’s motto for life is “Simple living and high thinking.” He is one of the most intellectual persons I’ve met till date and I can proudly say that if people like my dad existed in this world, the world would definitely be a better place to live in.
