Bhubaneswar, July 30:A lot like the Hindi film Kismat Konnection the script of Prema Adhei Akhyara has a gush of freshness with a lot of interesting twists and turns.

Starring Oriya film industry’s youngest heartthrob Babushan and newcomer Riya, the set of romantic comedy was bursting with fun amidst a lot of serious work.

Currently being shot at the scenic valley of Bhingarpur in Rajbati, the romantic sequences of the film are on the roll.

Speaking of the film director Sudhakar Basanta said, “In the story the hero falls in love with the heroine as she proves to be lucky for him. However, the girl is committed to someone else. But in the second half of the movie she realises that the hero too is lucky for her and eventually unites with him.”

Despite getting slightly injured in one of the action scenes, Babushan didn’t seem to be worried at all and was upbeat about his role.

The actor also did not seem to be annoyed by the chocolate boy tag that critics have given him. “I enjoy enacting action as well as romantic songs sequences because for both you have to work hard and give perfect expressions,” said Babushan while having his the lunch on the sets.

Debutante Riya too showed showing great spontaneity in front of the camera despite this being her first film.

“Sudhakar sir and my other co-stars here have been really helpful. They have instilled confidence in me. Everyone here is friendly and we keep playing pranks with each other,” said the bubbly actress, who is playing a software engineer in the film

Riya’s love interest in the film Babushan has built a great rapport with her while filming the love songs.

“Riya is very innocent and that is why we keep pulling her leg. We hide her valuable handbag for hours and we put it back only when she is tried of searching for it. At times her cell phone circles among all the cast and crew members until she snatches it back from us,”said Babushan with a naughty glint in his eyes.

But Riya seems to enjoy it all. “I feel the pranks played on me act as stress busters after a whole lot of hard work on the sets,” says the newcomer.

Director Sudhakar Basanta also feels its important to have few moments of laughter on the sets.

“It’s a tough shooting far from our city Bhubaneswar and its great that the crew is getting along just like its family. This would definitely help to bring the right chemistry even while acting,” he said.

The melodramatic sequences of the film will be shot at bungalows in Bhubaneswar in the coming week.
