Bhadrak projects
Bhadrak: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik, who made a whirlwind tour of Bhadrak district on Tuesday, inaugurated or laid foundation stone of 30 school, road, bridge, electricity and stadium projects worth a total of Rs 250 crore. The chief minister also addressed three public meetings.
Expenditure
Bhubaneswar: Expenditure in priority sectors of the state plan during 2015-16 has crossed 60 per cent by the end of January, recording a growth of around 29.78 per cent over the last fiscal. This was discussed in all secretary meetings chaired by chief secretary Aditya Prasad Padhi on Tuesday.

Folk fest
Sambalpur: The Sambalpur Lok Mahotsav, which began on February 4, ended Tuesday. Around 80 cultural troupes from across Odisha and neighbouring states performed in the folk festival, which was being organised at the PHED ground here. The festival is usually held for three days. However, since it had been cancelled due to the outbreak of jaundice, the folk festival continued for six days this year. The estimated budget for the festival was around Rs 30 lakh.
