Drowned 

Bhubaneswar: Two tourists, including a Russian national, died after drowning in the Puri sea on Sunday. While, the 46-year-old Russian tourist Anton Udartsev died at the Baliapanda beach, another trade union activist identified as Trishakti Pattnaik, a resident of Sector-5 of Rourkela, drowned, while taking a bath. Anton’sbody was washed ashore a few hours after he drowned.

Govt directive 

Bhubaneswar: Home secretary Asit Tripathy on Sunday directed all district collectors to take precautionary measures to ensure peace during the Bharat Bandh call. He directed all secretariat employees to 
report to work by 9:30am on Monday.
