CM shuns rejig talk

Bhubaneswar: Shunning all speculations following alleged mismanagement of the Nabakalebar, chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday ruled out the possibility of a cabinet reshuffle. But, Naveen made it clear that those found guilty of shirking duty during the festival would be punished.

Handloom day

Bhubaneswar: The government will conduct an exhibition of handloom products for local weavers to mark the National Handloom Day on August 7. 

Water level

Bhubaneswar: Water levels in rivers have started decreasing due to less rainfall on Tuesday. A met official said upper portion of Mahanadi received 39.6mm rainfall on Tuesday.
