Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation and other civic agencies are spending crores to beautify the city’s walls with colourful paintings, depicting various aspects of the state’s culture. However, graffiti and posters of political parties and cultural and business organisations have defaced a number of public places, including the newly inaugurated Rajmahal flyover.
