Imphal: The Manipur Cricket Association on Thursday selected 18 players to represent the state in the East Zone (under-14) Cricket Tournament to be held in Cuttack from Monday. The team: Ch. Tyson, K. Kishan, S. Samar, L. Robin, L. Kameshor, Th. Monet, K. Chetan (wk), L. Chandrakanta (wk), L. Ajay, M. Chingkheinganba, E. Bikramjit, M. Nitish, S. Indrajit, Th. Kenton, K. Nishal. Reserves: Anish Khan, L. Dipu and H. Bunglen. Coach: S. Priyobrata Singh Manager: Ksh. Kiran.

Swimming meet

Imphal: The Manipur Swimming Association will organise the three-day 26th State Age Group Aquatics Championship at Khuman Lampak Aquatic Centre from June 10-12. Selected swimmers from the competition will represent the state in the 37th Junior and 27th Sub-Junior National Aquatic Championship in Bangalore.
