Guwahati, April 29: The three-day AREIDA Realty Expo-2013 will begin at the Maniram Dewan Trade Centre here on May 3.

The expo has been organised by the Assam Real Estate and Infrastructure Developers’ Association.

Nearly 90 builders and manufacturers from the state as well as from Delhi and Rajasthan will be showcasing their different products here.

The expo will be inaugurated by Assam PWD and Guwahati development department minister Ajanta Neog. Assam power and industries minister Pradyut Bordoloi and president of the Assam PCC and MP Bhubaneswar Kalita are likely to be present on the concluding day of the event.

However, the best part is that the public can avail across the board discounts from participating dealers, property developers and banks if they wish to purchase their products.

People can also view the different brands of allied industry and home products like cement, TMT, sanitary wear, lifts, ready mix concrete, security systems, electrical equipment and other interior products at the expo.

“The AREIDA Realty Expo-2013 is an event that the public should not miss. It will prove to be a one-stop destination for people who wish to invest in any property. If a person likes a piece of property, say an apartment, he can even book it here,” said Pawan Kr Agarwala, secretary of AREIDA.

“Prospective buyers can also view and compare the different building materials and home products that will be on display here and then finally take their pick amongst them,” said Agarwalla.
