Tezpur, June 10: Police today arrested an air traffic staff of Indian Air Force station at Salonibari near here for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl on Saturday. The accused was sent to judicial custody till June 24. Dibrugarh: Alak Kumar Buragohain took charge as the vice-chancellor of Dibrugarh University on Monday. He has been hospitalised at JMCH.
