Shillong, Oct. 20: The Azad Hind Foundation Day, commemorated for setting up of a provisional government of free India by Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on October 21, 1943, will be celebrated at Opera Hall, Thana Road, here tomorrow.

The programme is organised by Shrabani, along with the Netaji Birthday Celebration Central Committee. It includes a daylong photo exhibition, Patriot of Patriots — Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, besides rendering of INA songs, public discourse and others. Meghalaya home minister Roshan Warjri will inaugurate the programme at 11am.
