Indian chefs supporting each other is the only way India's ‘Culinary Culture’ is going to move forward,” said Raaj Sanghvi (far left)

3/6 “I first met Vikas eleven years ago. His New York restaurant already had a Michelin star but Vikas was down-to-earth, grounded & humble… I met Ranveer a little later & liked him instantly. I was blown away by the depth of his knowledge, especially on Awadhi food. Because he is good-looking and charismatic, we sometimes forget that he is a serious chef,” shared Culinary Culture co-founder Vir (centre) about the two superstar chefs

His opening lines on the chef? “The one person I've never heard anyone say a bad thing about is Manish Mehrotra. He's unquestionably the most popular chef in India.
