Washington, Nov. 20 (PTI): An Indian techie has filed a lawsuit against Bosch alleging that the firm compelled its non-US employees in America to pay their tax refunds to it.
Suraj Kamath today charged that Bosch unjustly enriched itself by making its employees pay their federal and state tax refunds to the firm. He has sought monetary damages and injunctive relief in his lawsuit. Kamath also alleged that Bosch threatened to fire him when he protested.
Dehradun (PTI): Fifteen persons died when the vehicle they were travelling in fell into a gorge in Pithoragarh on Wednesday. Seven persons injured in the accident have been admitted to a health centre. The vehicle was carrying milk and vegetable vendors.
Jammu (PTI): A civilian employee was killed in an accidental blast at an ammunition depot near the army camp in Jammu on Wednesday. A non-commissioned officer was injured. The accident occurred when an 81mm mortar shell was being repaired.
