Chennai, Dec. 6: Sasikala and her family members are likely to inherit Jayalalithaa's properties, worth Rs 113.73 crore according to her election affidavit this year.
Of this, the movable assets were valued at Rs 41.63 crore and the immovable at Rs 72.09 crore.
Among the immovable assets are the palatial Poes Garden bungalow (built-up area of 21,622sqft) in Chennai, and 4.50 acres of farmland with a farmhouse near Hyderabad that Jayalalithaa and her mother Sandhya had bought in the 1960s.
Jayalalithaa also bought 3.43 acres of farmland near Kancheepuram in 1981, before entering politics.

Sources said she had drawn up a will two years ago. The Poes Garden house apparently goes to Sasikala. The Kodanad estate in the Nilgiris, Jaya Publications, Sasi Enterprises and the other businesses in which the two friends were partners will also go to the surviving partner.
Jayalalithaa's will apparently leaves the Hyderabad farmland to Vivek Jayaraman, son of Ilavarasi and Jayaraman (Sasikala's brother).
Jayaraman had died of electrocution while renovating the farmhouse, following which Ilavarasi had moved into Poes Garden with her daughter and her son.
Ilavarasi was one of the four accused in the wealth case in which Jayalalithaa was convicted in 2014 and later acquitted. The other two were Sasikala and her nephew V.N. Sudhakaran, who happened to be Jayalalithaa's estranged foster son.
There is no clarity on the movable properties like the gold, silver and the cars.
