New Delhi, Sept. 21 (PTI): A Delhi court has asked police to register a case against chief minister Sheila Dikshit?s daughter Latika Dikshit Syed on a complaint filed by a city advocate accusing her and some ?policemen? of assaulting and wrongfully restraining him.

Advocate Akshaya Sharma alleged that on August 25, he had an altercation with Latika over backing his car near the Patiala House courts. Latika threatened him and called out policemen in plain clothes from inside the car who caught him by his shirt collar and shouted at him, Sharma said.
