Toughest Forces on Earth

Directed by Dominic Hill, Toughest Forces on Earth is a British reality TV series that follows three seasoned veterans from elite special operations forces — a US Army Ranger, a British Special Forces operator, and a US Navy SEAL. They embark on a journey to explore the world’s most elite military units. Their travels will take them to various countries, including Mexico, Jordan, the US, Colombia, Austria, Sweden and the Philippines. The series features Ryan Bates, Dean Stott and Cameron Fath.

Directed by Arabella Bartsch, Alma Buddecke and Facundo Scalerandi, German original series Pauline follows the story of an 18-year-old teenager, Pauline (Sira-Anna Faal), who unexpectedly becomes pregnant after a one-night stand. Already overwhelmed by school stress and the climate crisis, the last thing she needs is to develop feelings for her one-night stand — Lukas (Ludger Bökelmann). However, Pauline soon discovers that Lukas is the son of the devil, and she and her unborn child are destined to play a crucial role in the battle for the world’s survival.

Trying, the beloved British comedy series created by Andy Wolton, is back for its fourth season. The show revolves around Nikki (Esther Smith) and Jason (Rafe Spall), a couple who undergo several challenges while adopting a child. In this new season, Nikki and Jason have finally adopted Princess (Scarlett Rayner) and Tyler (Cooper Turner) but must navigate the complexities of raising their young children. Season 4 will have eight episodes with the first two episodes debuting together as part of the premiere, followed by the release of one new episode every Wednesday until July 3.

Jennifer Lopez takes on the lead role in Atlas, a sci-fi action film directed by Brad Peyton. In the movie, Lopez portrays Atlas Shepherd, a skilled yet cynical data analyst who questions the role of artificial intelligence. She finds herself involved in a mission to capture a rogue robot with whom she shares a mysterious connection from the past. Amidst the chaos of the mission, Shepherd realises that her best hope for securing humanity's future against AI threats is by accepting its potential.

My Oni Girl

Tomotaka Shibayama helms My Oni Girl, an anime fantasy flick that follows the journey of Hiiragi Yatsuse (Kensho Ono), a high school student who struggles to make friends. The protagonist, Rita Montero (played by Elena Anaya), and her circle of friends are successful in their careers too. However, their lives take a dramatic turn when the remains of their high school classmate, missing since their senior trip to Mallorca 25 years ago, are discovered. The series is directed by Júlia de Paz and Clara Roquet and also features Irene Escolar, Belén Cuesta, Marta Etura, Itziar Atienza, Ana Rayo and Lorena López in key roles.

Abar Rajneeti

Ditipriya Roy reprises her role as Rashi in Abar Rajneeti, the second season of the political drama series Rajneeti, helmed by Sourav Chakraborty. The previous season ended with the death of Rashi’s father Rathin Banerjee (Kaushik Ganguly), an influential politician. After her mother Mallika (Konineeca Banerjee) assumes leadership of the party, Rashi learns that the former may have had a hand in Rathin's death. In this season, Rashi will face-off against her mother in the upcoming elections. Meanwhile, Rathin's long-lost brother Pratim Banerjee (also played by Kaushik Ganguly) resurfaces after years in hiding. Rashi's childhood friend Shaunak (Arjun Chakrabarty) and her doctor Debojit (Aniruddha Gupta) emerge as pivotal players in this power struggle.
