Arhaan Rahman (left), a Class VII student of Loyola High School, with friend Idris Khan, who has come down from Afghanistan, in selfie mode in front of the ice Durga. “The Durga idol is the best thing in the park. This is the first time we have come here and the activities with snow are excellent,” said Arhaan, before gliding down a snow slide.
Eleven-year-old Ittesa Yasmin from Howrah had “good fun” at Snow Park.
We spotted Ittesa and her family clicking pictures together in front of the snow slide.
Dikshya Chakraborty, a fashion designing student of NIFT, and friend Dattataray Bardhan, BCom student of The Bhawanipur Education Society College, found the park “cool and entertaining”. “People should come here with friends, as the activities are very nice. An option of ice skating would have added to the fun factor,” said Dikshya.
