If yours is a true love story with pizza, you can begin to celebrate. Australian chain Eagleboys Pizza has a new home in the city. With enough fare for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, the 35-seater first outlet had t2 drop in for a dekko. With four pizza bases — deep dish, thin and crispy, cheese blast and big cheese — they score high on fresh ingredients. 

“We prepare our dough every day from a special flour which is brought in from Indore. We do the same with the base sauce, cheese and the various toppings,” said Pintu Pramanik, franchisee owner. 

Currently, there are around 16 Eagleboys Pizza outlets in the country with the number likely to increase, especially in Calcutta. “By next year we want to open a few more outlets or maybe express outlets if not dine-in ones. We are looking at Behala and New Town,” said Pramanik. Bring it on, we say!
