Zoya Akhtar has reportedly signed on Dimple Kapadia and Anil Kapoor — who sizzled on screen close to three decades ago in Jaanbaz — to play Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh’s parents in her new film. The story of strong-headed siblings, Zoya — whose initial wishlist for the brother-sister role had real-life cousins Kareena and Ranbir Kapoor — has cast Anushka Sharma as Ranveer’s love interest and is still scouting for a male lead to cast opposite Priyanka.
