“The rules were simple.. - no surprises - no cake -certainly no f**in balloons I clearly get what I want😒😒😒 The week that was 🤓,” she captioned the post.

In the pictures, Samantha is seen cutting a cake in her floral night suit with confetti on her hair. In other images and videos, she is seen surrounded by her Citadel team as they celebrate her special day.

Samantha recently attended the Citadel world premiere in London alongside Varun Dhawan, Priyanka Chopra, Richard Madden, Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K.

Created by Josh Appelbaum, Bryan Oh, and David Weil, the Priyanka Chopra-headlined series Citadel is the first of a series of country-specific Citadel shows including the one starring Varun and Samantha.

Avengers: Endgame helmers Russo Brothers have directed the mothership series that is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.

The Indian version of Citadel will reunite Samantha with the director duo of Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. after Season 2 of Prime Video’s The Family Man, starring Manoj Bajpayee in the lead.

The Eega actress has been pushing her limits despite suffering from myositis, a rare kind of autoimmune disease.

Samantha was last seen in the Telugu-language historical drama film Shaakuntalam and will be next seen in the romantic drama film Kushi opposite Vijay Deverakonda, slated to arrive in cinemas on September 1.
