“Pathan jawan ban gaya” — Salman Khan on Tuesday shared the prevue of Shah Rukh Khan’s much-anticipated actioner on Instagram with a bit of wordplay on the names of the latter’s last release Pathaan and upcoming movie Jawan.
The Tiger 3 actor also said he loved the “outstanding trailer”, calling it the kind of movie that should be seen in theatres only. “Pathan jawan ban gaya, outstanding trailer, absolutely loved it. Now this is the kind of movie we should see in theatres only. I toh for sure seeing it 1st-day ko hi. Mazaa ahh gaya wahhhhh..,” he wrote.
Shah Rukh and Salman recently shared screen space in Siddharth Anand’s spy action thriller Pathaan, which shattered numerous box office records and grossed Rs 1050 crore worldwide. The two actors will be seen again together in Tiger 3, which is set to arrive in theatres in Diwali this year.
On Monday, Shah Rukh had unveiled the Jawan prevue, which showcased the Bollywood star’s several looks, including a bald avatar.
Directed by Tamil filmmaker Atlee Kumar, Jawan also features Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra in key roles. The prevue also promised a cameo appearance by Shah Rukh’s Pathaan co-star Deepika Padukone.
