Koel Mullick (plays a doctor):

Venice is beautiful, splendid, romantic, marvellous... I am paired opposite Jeet and we shot two song sequences. We shot at a place called Basilicata, where everything is white and various other places. Though there wasn’t much time for shopping or sightseeing, I stole some time to go for a gondola ride and loved it! I feasted on cheesecakes and they were yummy!

Barkha Bisht (plays a village belle):

Shooting in Venice was really fun. We shot at some of the most beautiful locations there. I shot for one song sequence opposite Dev. My husband Indraneil (Sengupta) was there with me and we would go out in the evening for water-taxi rides along with Dev and Baba (Yadav, choreographer). I would love to go back to Venice with Indraneil again for the gondola rides; we missed it this time.

Dev (plays a thief):

I am proud of Dui Prithibi. It’s the first Bengali film to be shot in Venice. Though I shot just one song with Barkha, I saw a lot of places because we shot in many locations for that one song sequence. Venice is so scenic. It’s like a picture postcard and I gorged on pizzas and pastas!

Jeet (plays a rich kid):

I had gone to Venice for a holiday last year and so I was very nostalgic shooting there. The lanes and bylanes where I had walked just a year ago, we shot a few sequences there. I am pretty acquainted with Venice now. Though we had a hectic schedule, I took out an hour to shop. I picked up a few watches and shirts for my brothers back home.
