Honor Blackman played Pussy Galore in Goldfinger (1964). The most brave and obvious innuendo of any Bond babe ever. Blackman backed up the killer name with an amazing smile, a take-charge attitude, and the ability to fly a plane and kick some butt.

Maud Adams played Octopussy in Octopussy (1983). This Swedish model-actress was gorgeous, the only woman to play a leading love interest in two different movies (she got offed halfway through The Man With the Golden Gun), and the only one to have a whole film named after her character. And yet, not a scene to remember!

Britt Ekland played Mary Goodnight in The Man With the Golden Gun (1974). This Swede babe was all sex and no spunk, though she had one of the best Bond bikinis. Her dopey portrayal was a turnoff.

Corinne Clery played Corinne Dufour in Moonraker (1979). The French actress couldn’t sex up the series, popping up for just about three scenes.

Lois Chiles played Holly Goodhead in Moonraker (1979). There was a thorough lack of chemistry with her man, Roger Moore.

Karin Dor played Helga Brandt in You Only Live Twice (1967). This German star’s spy and short-time lover isn’t sensuous enough — not even with Sean Connery cutting off her dress! The piranhas there gobbled her up faster than Bond.

Tanya Roberts played Stacey Sutton in A View to a Kill (1985). She was beautiful but she was a miscast as a geologist with a vendetta. And she was upstaged by Grace Jones’s glowering henchwoman.
