Menu highlights: Salads, live grills with sausages, meats and seafood, Heineken Battered Fish Fingers, Teen Mirch Ka Paneer, Murgh Awadhi Korma, Raspberry Roulade, Five Spice Chocolate Mousse, Belgian Waffles with Fresh Strawberries.

What: The Pan Asian Farewell (New Year’s Eve Dinner) at Studio

Menu highlights: Bay of Bengal Bekti Nuggets, Chinese Cabbage and  Water Chestnut Spring rolls, Salmon ‘Tobiko’ Maki Sushi, dim sums, Asian Greens in Chilli ‘Mirin’ Sauce. End on a sweet note with desserts like Spearmint Chocolate Mousse and Mandarin Poached Apple with Mascarpone Cream.
