On the menu: Waterside Cafe will serve Smoked Salmon on Blinis, Tenderloin Carpaccio Squid Roulade on Red Velvet Coulis and Salami Milano with Prunes, besides vegetarian and non-vegetarian Sushi. Do visit the live Quesadilla counters and the Chaat corner complete with Dhokla, Papdi Chaat and Dahi Vada. The main course includes Hungarian Lamb Goulash with Winter Vegetables, Barbecue Pork Spare Ribs and Moqueca de Peixe (fish stew).

At La Cucina, the fare includes Goat Cheese Cakes topped with red skin onion and cranberry jam, micro greens and bell pepper coulis and Seafood Ravioli with chives, fennel veloute and shellfish reduction for pasta. For the main course, try Seared Black Angus Tournedos with Brioche or Bengal Bekti with mustard and tarragon sauce, accompanied by asparagus and peas.

At Gucchi, try the Bhuna Gosht or the Bhapa Chingri, besides Kesaria Murgh Chandni Korma.

Waterside Cafe and Gucchi will serve Sula Brut and La Cucina will serve Billecart-Salmon rose champagne with the set menu.
