Pumpkin Erissary
    Step 1

    Heat oil in a handi. Crackle mustard seed and curry leaves

    Step 2

    Add pumpkin, saute for a while

    Step 3

    Make paste of coconut, ginger, garlic, cumin and turmeric

    Step 4

    Add the above paste in pumpkin. Cook well

    Step 5

    Adjust seasoning. Serve hot with Appam
