“Anna Hazare is a national leader and he is fighting to curb corruption. Graft is rampant in the country and it must be nipped in the bud,” said Manoj.
When asked if his studies would be affected for taking part in the agitation, he started sloganeering.
Cut to Manorma Devi. She came all the way from Masaudhi to stage protest. But she did not know the reason.
“I have joined the protest today. I will gradually learn about why all people are protesting,” said Manorma, squatting on a dharna at Kargil Chowk.
Dutiful professional like Abha Sinha, a teacher of DAV Public School, also came to Kargil Chowk to voice their resent against Anna’s arrest.
Around 25 doctors with few bank officials took out a procession from Maurya- lok Complex to Kargil Chowk in the morning. A doctor said they had closed down the outpatient department but would attend to emergencies.
