| BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi at the unveiling of the statue of former party leader and MLA Navin Kishore Prasad Sinha at Rajvanshi Nagar Park on Tuesday. Other BJP leaders, including Leader of the Opposition in the Assembly, Nand Kishore Yadav, and Rajya Sabha MP Ravi Shankar Prasad, were also present on the occasion. Sinha had represented the Patna West Assembly constituency from 1955 and won the seat for four consecutive terms. Sinha, the most visible face of the BJP in the state, died on December 31, 2005. He was also popular among the leaders of other parties. Other party leaders, including RJD state president Ramchandra Purbey and RJD Rajya Sabha MP Ram Kripal Yadav, were also present on the occasion to pay their respects to Sinha. Nitin Navin, the Bankipore MLA and son of Navin Kishore Prasad Sinha, said: “Navin Sinha was a great leader.
