
Miss Bihar contestants take the stage during the final at SK Memorial Hall in Patna on Monday. The competition was sponsored by an advertising company. Former Miss India Zoya Afroz, Bhojpuri actor Pankaj Keshari, businessman Somani Dilwaliya and Crescendo Music founder Suresh Thomas judged the 20 girls who made it to the final. The contestants sashayed down the ramp after a dance performance. They were judged on three rounds - catwalk, introduction and IQ. Zoya said: "We judge the personality. It is not always about looks, it is also about a person's character and personality." The chief guest at the event was arts, culture and youth affairs minister Shivchandra Ram. The winner had not been announced at press time. The organisers said the winner walked away with the Miss Bihar 2015 crown and Rs 50000. The first and second runners-up bagged Rs 25000 and Rs 10000, respectively.
