RJD chief Lalu Prasad on Wednesday alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Bihar on Saturday for political machinations, and that flood survey is just a decoy.

If the Prime Minister is really concerned about the flood victims he should traverse Bihar by road, Lalu said.

"The intention of Narendra Modi's visit to Bihar is not the aerial survey but to create trouble at my rally which is going to be historic," the RJD chief said.

"He is coming here to divert the issue and to make the administration busy so that my rally gets hampered. He may make some small announcements. Why he is not going to where rail accidents have taken place? Today also, a train accident has occurred."

Lalu, who also demanded the railway minister's resignation, added: "Recently, the PM had called the chief ministers of states where election is near, like Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. Sushil Modi from Bihar was also called. Planning is going on to hold the Lok Sabha election before its due date along with these states. The PM is coming to Bihar for that, the flood is just an excuse.

"Water has already receded. Why didn't the PM remember Bihar when the floods were at their peak?"

Lalu claimed deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi has already superseded chief minister Nitish Kumar.

"This ghotalabaj (scamster) Sushil Modi is donning the role of CM. I heard him saying last night that on his request the PM is coming to Bihar to make an aerial survey in flood-affected areas. It proves that Nitish has become zero and Sushil Modi has taken his place," he said.

Lalu also alleged corruption in flood relief and rescue work, and vowed to produce details later.

Attacking Nitish for his comment that Lalu had tried to take JDU MLAs in his fold 15 days before the new government was formed, Lalu called the chief minister a liar.

" Mitti mein mil jayenge par BJP ke saath nahi jayenge (Would rather be buried in soil than join BJP), Nitish had once said. So I have asked the people to come to my rally with a handful of soil in the name of Nitish. All the soil will be kept at one place and then I will ask Nitish to bury himself in it." Lalu said.

He cited the death of Srijan scam accused Mahesh Mandal to allege that the scandal was similar to the Vyapam scam in Madhya Pradesh.

"On the instruction of palturam (turncoat) CM, key evidences are being destroyed," Lalu alleged.

Without naming the three spokespersons of the JDU, Lalu called them "Alsatian" dogs who are not competent enough to speak on the scam.

"I have come to know that the CBI has refused to take up the case and I must tell you that it was a well-planned strategy of Nitish," he said.

"It was pre-decided that Nitish will recommend the Srijan case to the CBI and then the CBI will refuse to accept the case," he added.
