Girls check out paintings made by children at an exhibition organised by Pahal School of Fine Arts in Patna on Tuesday. The exhibition is part of a six-day programme, Kala Yatra. The organisers of the event said paintings by 170 schoolchildren have been put up at the exhibition. Vinay Kumar, the director of art, culture and youth affairs department, said: “The pictures narrate their own stories. People judge a picture on the basis of their ability to understand.
