Patna: Jet Airways has once again rescheduled its morning flight operating on Calcutta-Patna-Calcutta route keeping foggy condition during morning hours in mind.he flight would take off from Calcutta at 11.10am and reach Patna at 12.25pm. It would take off from Patna at 12.55pm and would reach Calcutta at 2.10pm.

Theft

Gaya: A Sri Lankan national, Linda Munage Arthur Fernando, has lodged a complaint with Bodhgaya police station about a theft of Rs 20,000 from the handbag of his wife Laxmi Chandrika on Monday evening. At the time of the theft, Chandrika was visiting the holy Bodhi tree. Senior superintendent of police Amit Lodha said he would look into the matter and the criminals would soon be nabbed. Security measures would also be beefed up at the holy spot, he added.

Patna: The station house officer of Imamganj police station in Gaya district, Rashid Ansari had a narrow escape when armed squad members of the outlawed CPI (Maoist) attacked a police team at Nehuta village on Tuesday. A fierce encounter ensued but no one was injured in the hour-long gun battle.
