Patna: A CBI court on Friday awarded three years rigorous imprisonment to an 85-year-old man in connection with a forgery case. BI special judicial magistrate Dina Nath Singh found Jai Narain Sharma alias M.K.J.N Brahmarshi, a resident of Saristapur under Barh police station in Patna (rural), guilty of tampering a document to obtain compensation. Sinha was caught red-handed by the vigilance investigation bureau while taking a bribe of Rs 10,000 on Thursday.
