Patna, Sept. 3: A high court division bench on Monday directed Bihar School Examination Board to file a reply within four weeks on a PIL seeking inquiry into the alleged irregularities in the publication of Teachers’ Eligibility Test. etitioner Aslam Ansari submitted that the board has published the names of those candidates as qualified who scored less than the qualifying marks (60).
