Patna: Shyam Bahadur Prasad, who retired as TNB Law College principal in 1992, had to fight a 16-year legal battle in the high court to get his retirement benefits according to his original payscale at the time of retirement. division bench of Justice T. Meena Kumari and Justice Vikash Jain of the high court restored Prasad’s pay-scale at Rs 7,300 per month.
