Patna: Patna district magistrate Kumar Ravi on Wednesday morning flagged off a motorcycle rally from Gandhi Maidan's gate number one to create awareness about the human chain that would be formed on January 21 in support of a campaign against dowry and child marriage.
A thousand officials of the education department took part. For the human chain event, except morning walks all other activities would be restricted from January 16 to 26.
