Bagaha, Aug. 8: The medical board formed to determine the age of the girl facing charges of kidnapping another girl has recommended to the court to start a process under Section 11 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act against her.

The accused was forwarded to jail on Friday after the medical board declared her an adult and the second girl a minor. Three months ago, the other girl's father had lodged a case of kidnapping against the accused and her father. The minor was sent back to her parents after she claimed to have been misled by the accused.
