Patna, Oct. 18: The state human resource development (HRD) department and Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad, are going to organise a two-day international conference on quality higher education at hotel Maurya from October 20.

Participants from across the country and the world will attend the conference to discuss the modalities and ways of improving higher education in the state. HRD principal secretary Anjani Kumar Singh said: “The HRD department is going to organise an international conference on higher education for the first time.” Singh added that the main objectives of the conference are to provide a global forum for exchange of knowledge, experience, research and information on various aspects in quality higher education.

The participants will discuss on various issues relating to information technology for higher education, strategy and policy for quality education and ethics and values in higher education.
