Event: Final of dance workshopDuration: More than three hours
Special attraction: The event started with Ganesh Vandana, which was much appreciated by the audience. The chair dance and salsa, too, managed to find favour with the crowd. Siddhesh Pai of Dance India Dance reality show fame trained the kids in the workshop on various aspects of body movements and dance. Apart from the home school, students of other institutes took part.

Event: Patna District Under-19 Boys and Girls Chess Championship
Duration: Three days
Special attraction: It was a battle with a difference. Students locked horns over fast moves and smart thinking. The future Vishys and Kasparovs took part with a lot of enthusiasm. A total of 40 students took part in five rounds of games. The players impressed the crowd with their deceptively young looks by performing like real professionals. The final was played on Thursday.
