Patna, Aug. 5: IIT Patna will hold its fifth convocation ceremony tomorrow on the Bihta campus. Altogether 275 students will be awarded degrees at the event,said Ahmad Ali, the professor-in-charge of the convocation ceremony.

Patna: Registration for the Class X board exam in 2018 will be conducted online with the help of agencies, Bihar School Examination Board chairman Anand Kishor said on Saturday. He said 189 registration counters will be opened in the state. The registration form can be downloaded from www.biharboard.ac.in between August 8 and 25.

Transport bill

Patna: Transportation of goods worth up to Rs 1 lakh would not require any permit or e-way bill, the GST council decided in its meeting in New Delhi on Saturday.

Earlier, a permit was required in Bihar for transporting goods worth above Rs 50,000.
