Siwan, March 4: Four persons died and six sustained injuries when an vehicle turned turtle at Maharajganj in Siwan district today.

Sources said the supporters of Barrister Ray, a candidate vying for the post of mukhiya from Madhopur panchayat, was travelling in the vehicle.

The nomination of the candidate for the post of mukhiya was scheduled today. Police have sent the corpses for autopsy.

In another incident, a differently abled youth, Pradip Bhagat, beat to death his parents last night at Shahwajpur in Siwan, said a source.
