In a bid to avoid any untoward incident, the district administration has imposed Section 144 of the CrPc in a 200m radius around AN College — the counting centre in the city. Unlawful assembly, processions and fireworks would not be allowed in the area. Tight security and traffic restriction on Boring Road would be the order of the day
