The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) is planning to extend the registration dates after several students failed to fill up registration forms.
The last date for filling the Intermediate registration forms (Class XII) was November 1.

Explaining his problem, Giridhar Gopal Sharma, an Intermediate science student at College of Commerce, said: 'Many students like me were unable to fill the registration forms because colleges were closed for the festivities. If we are unable to fill our registration forms an entire year will be wasted.'
Sharma, who is preparing for IIT entrance examination at a city-based coaching institution, asked: 'Why should we suffer because of negligence of the college and the Intermediate council?'
According to the BSEB schedule, the dates for filling the registration form were October 8 to 14 but later it was extended till October 22. The board again decided to extend the dates till November 1. But from October 20 to 31, colleges were closed because of Diwali and Chhath.
