Patna: District magistrate Sanjay Kumar Agarwal on Saturday lodged an FIR with the Gandhi Maidan police station after receiving a call which alleged it was from the water resources minister, who wanted Sashi Kumar Choudhary, an executive engineer with the planning, investigation and project division (Anisabad), relieved.

Arrest

Bettiah: A vigilance investigation team arrested Ranjit Prasad Singh, additional district magistrate-cum-district public grievances redressal officer, on Saturday for demanding a bribe from a grievance redressal complainant.
