Insights into nature and human mind
Showcasing art works by Rita Jhunjhunwala (paintings) and Usha Garodia (ceramic sculptures), the ongoing exhibition offers an astonishing insight into the influence of nature on the human mind. With a marked influence of the Bengal School, In, But Not Of, the collection of paintings by Jhunjhunwala, is in semi-realistic style and helps maintain contrasts that combine reality with dreams. Beyond the Horizon portrays Garodia’s vision of the essence of man’s journey beyond the mind. Her works are about moods and the entangling of the human mind with maya and the eternal quest of the soul.

Event: Paintings by Rita Jhunjhunwala and ceramic sculptures by Usha Garodia When: Till September 19; 4 pm - 8 pm Where: Birla Academy of Art and Culture
