Kid-O-fest ends with sit & draw competition

Kid-O-Fest, a four-day mega festival for children organised by Shri Ram Centennial School in association with t2 at Savin Kingdom, Dagapur, Siliguri, witnessed a footfall of over 30,000 people and over 10,000 participants.

The festival started on December 18 and was a part of the seven-day Siliguri Carnival which began on December 15.

On the final day of the fest on Sunday, 5,200 children participated in a sit-and-draw competition (in picture by Kundan Yolmo).

'Kid-O-Fest was a huge success and we have witnessed a footfall of 30,000 people during these four days. Children have really enjoyed the fest which was a mixed bag of entertainment and education. Around 10,000 children from north Bengal, Sikkim and other parts of eastern India participated in different events like quiz, spelling bee, extempore, dance and song and sit and draw competitions in the inter-school and open categories,' said Karan Bajla, the founder of Sri Ram Centennial School
