CM calls Smriti

Chief minister Mamata Banerjee called up HRD minister Smriti Irani on Monday and requested her to allow untrained candidates to appear for the Teacher Eligibility Test. The deadline for such candidates to appear in the test lapsed in 2014. She has also written to Irani on the issue.
