Karachi: Pankaj Advani put behind Thursday’s disappointment to spearhead India to a convincing 22-15 lead against Pakistan in the first session of the second day in the Lawrencepur Challenge snooker series at the Karachi Club on Friday.
Advani single-handedly earned five out of 10 points India have so far earned today, as their cueists won all the four matches in the opening ses-sion.
Together with Devendra Joshi, Advani defeated the pair of Saleh Mohammed and Naveen Perwani with the youngster’s additional contribution being one bonus.
Advani then destroyed 1993 champion Mohammed Yousuf 115-5, 59-6, 10-62.
